Privacy information

How this website handles enquiries and optional analytics, and where to ask about your personal information.

Updated 11 September 2026

Who to contact

SF4Sport is coordinated by Collective Innovation AS, Myrens Verksted 6D, 0473 Oslo, Norway. For website enquiries or questions about your information, email hi@collectiveinnovation.no.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Your organisation is optional. These details are sent to the project coordinator so the team can read and respond to your enquiry. You choose whether to contact us; the required fields are needed to submit the form.

The form uses Brevo to deliver the message by email to Collective Innovation. Brevo and the email service handling the coordinator's inbox process the message as part of delivery. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Read Brevo's privacy information.

Please keep messages relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information. For questions about how long correspondence is kept, who can access it or a particular message you have sent, contact the coordinator above.

Optional analytics and your choice

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept it. It uses cookies and information about pages you visit, your device and browser to help us understand website use. Google receives this information when analytics are enabled. You can decline and continue using the website.

Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage. You can change it below; declining stops further analytics collection and removes this website's accessible Google Analytics cookies. If the browser cannot save your choice, analytics stay off. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.

Optional analytics are off until you accept.

Your browser also sends technical information needed to request pages and files from the website host. Hosting services may keep operational and security logs. Analytics preferences do not control those server operations.

Questions and requests about your information

You can ask the coordinator for access to information held about you, correction of inaccurate information or deletion. Other rights, including restriction, objection and portability, depend on the processing and the applicable conditions. Email the address above and describe your request.

You can also raise a concern with Norway's data protection authority, Datatilsynet. See its guidance on access to your information and how to make a complaint.

Project activities and external websites

This information concerns the SF4Sport public website. Research interviews, training, events and partner websites may involve different organisers and information notices. Check the notice supplied for the activity before sharing information. Links to other organisations open services governed by their own privacy information.
